Ready to ship orders will be shipped in 1-2 days of cleared payment. Memory Quilts will be shipped based on current turnaround time frames. Custom orders will be shipped in the agreed upon time frame. Please see listing specifics for shipping times on other products. I usually ship via USPS, but if you prefer a different method of shipping, just let me know before checkout and I'll look into it! If you need an item soon or need expedited shipping, please message me before checking out so I can get you an updated cost of shipping. Please know once item(s) have been shipped, I can not be responsible for shipping times or delays by postal carrier.

I would love to arrange a custom order and create something just for you! Whether you have something in mind, or are not quite sure what you want, we can work together to create a piece you will love! I use several fabric companies, so I am sure we will find just what you are looking for! After we work out the details, you will be invoiced a link for full payment of the purchase price. I will update with progress and pictures throughout the entire process. Items will be shipped within the agreed upon timeframe.

Memory quilts can be machine washed in cold water and machine dried. Rag quilts will "shed" for the first several washings. This is NORMAL and will decrease with each washing. Please check dryer vent often.

I want you to love your item from my shop. I will update you as I work on your Memory Keepsakes, and we work together to create a perfect item for you. I take care during packaging to make sure your items get to you on the best possible condition. Due to the obvious nature of these items, custom orders can not be refunded.

Current turnaround times are listed in each individual listing. I create quilts in a first come, first served fashion. If you have a time frame you would like your quilt, please contact me before purchasing to see if I am able to meet your deadlines.

I am first and foremost an wife and mom! I homeschool our children as well. I’m at my sewing machine as much as possible, but there are only so many hours in a day! I usually have several orders ahead of yours as well. Timelines are updated often, and I try to communicate to you when you can expect your quilt back. These are cherished pieces and I take great care to make sure you will love your quilt!

Clothing scraps are NOT returned with any Memory Quilt or Keepsake unless arrangements are arranged PRIOR to starting your quilt or keepsake. I will return any clothing not used in your quilt.
